Commercial Session

The 2010 EIPBN Commercial Session will be in the Summit Hall on the lower level of the Egan Convention Center. The Exhibit space will be contiguous with the Poster Session, and all breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunch on Wednesday (during the Poster Session) will be served in the same area as the Exhibit/Poster space.

Scheduled hours for the Commercial Session Exhibit are:

  • Tuesday June 1, 2010:                  3:00 pm  – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday June 2, 2010:            10:30 am – 4:00 pm

Booth locations will be assigned by EIPBN.

All exhibit booths will be set up in the morning on Tuesday, June 1, and disassembled on Friday, at the same time the poster boards are removed. It is expected that Exhibitors plan to staff their booths on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday during the times listed above.
If Exhibitors wish to keep booths set up and staffed for additional times on Thursday, for example during coffee breaks, please contact EIPBN management to make arrangements.

Prices for exhibit booths are:

  • A single space 8 feet x 10 feet (3.05 meters by 6.1 meters)         $1,500
  • A double space 8 feet x 20 feet (3.05 m x 12.2 m)                         $2,000

To reserve Exhibit space, please fill out the Online Exhibitor Request Form or download the PDF Exhibitor Request Form and send in payment to EIPBN as instructed on the form.

All exhibitors are encouraged to also consider sponsorships, either of specific events (breakfasts, coffee breaks, etc.) or more generally as corporate sponsors of the conference itself. Company sponsorship of students is especially encouraged.
