Commercial Session
The 2012 EIPBN Commercial Session will be at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Conference Center. The Exhibit space will be contiguous with the Poster Session, and all breakfasts, coffee breaks will be served in the same area as the Exhibit space.
Scheduled hours for the Commercial Session Exhibit are:
- Tuesday May 29, 2012: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday May 30, 2012 10:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Thursday May 31, 2012: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
All exhibit booths will be set up in the morning on Tuesday, May 31, and disassembled on Thursday afternoon. It is expected that Exhibitors plan to staff their booths on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday during the times listed above.
Prices for exhibit booths are:
- A single space 10 feet x 10 feet (3.05 meters by 6.1 meters) $1,500
- A double space 10 feet x 20 feet (3.05 m x 12.2 m) $2,500
Exhibitors are entitled to:
- Attendance for two exhibit booth staff to the Conference Sessions (Proceedings and Banquet will be extra)
- Two (2) tickets to the Tuesday Welcome Reception

To reserve Exhibit space, please fill out the Online Exhibitor Request Form or download the PDF Exhibitor Request Form and send in payment to EIPBN as instructed on the form.
All exhibitors are encouraged to also consider sponsorships, either of specific events (breakfasts, coffee breaks, etc.) or more generally as corporate sponsors of the conference itself. Company sponsorship of students is especially encouraged.
