The 2010 EIPBN Conference will be held in the Egan Convention Center in Downtown Anchorage. Two short blocks away is the Hilton Anchorage. This is the anchor hotel for the conference, and will be the site for most of the receptions and other non-technical events for EIPBN 2010. A special EIPBN rate of $189/night has been arranged for EIPBN 2010 attendees not only for the week of the conference (June 1-4), but for the weekends before and after the conference as well.

To make your EIPBN Hilton reservations, click here. A note on Anchorage accommodations: Although a quick search for Anchorage hotels will turn up several options, we recommend you make plans to stay at the Hilton, and encourage you to book your reservations EARLY. The Hilton is extremely convenient to the conference site at the Egan Convention Center. Although there are other downtown hotels, they are often completely blocked by cruise lines during the Summer months, and the rooms that are left can be extremely expensive. There is no penalty for early cancellation, so we recommend you make your reservation as soon as you know you plan to head for EIPBN in Alaska.

EIPBN has arranged with the University of Alaska Anchorage to provide a limited number of rooms in dormitories on the University campus for student housing. The campus is about 5 minutes by car from the Egan Convention Center. The rates for these rooms vary from $30 to $50 per person, and parking is available for an additional $10 per vehicle.
