The 2017 EIPBN Welcome Reception will be held on the Beach at the Coronado Springs Resort. Be sure to pack a pair of sandals and some casual clothes to kick back, relax, and catch up with friends and colleagues while enjoying drinks and food on the sand.
The 2017 Banquet will be in the Grand Ballroom at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort.

The closest and best airport to use for the conference is the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Disney Magical Express: For those attendees staying at the Coronado Springs Resort, you can use the Disney Magical Express bus shuttle service free of charge to travel to and from the airport to the resort. It is a fabulous service that automatically picks up your bags from the airport for you and delivers them directly to your room. All you need to do to use the service is to make reservations in advance when you book your room, you will receive luggage tags and wrist bands in advance in the mail to put on your luggage and bring with you to the hotel. Once you arrive in Orlando you simply proceed to the Disney Magical Express Pick-up Point, you will be dropped off at the hotel check-in area, and your bags will be waiting on you in your room, all free of charge. By Car: Exit the airport and merge onto the FL-417 S/Central Florida Greenway S road toward Disney World/Tampa (portions are toll). After approximately 14 miles take Exit 3 for Osceola Parkway. Keep right to take the ramp toward Gaylord Convention Center/Magic Kingdom/ Disney MGM Studios/Animal Kingdom and merge onto W Osceola Parkway. After approximately 3.5 miles, take the ramp toward Blizzard Beach/Coronado Springs/FL-429/Mini Golf. Merge onto W Buena Vista Drive and the resort main entrance is roughly one half mile.
Parking: Self service parking is available free of charge at the resort.
The Disney Coronado Springs Resort is centrally located in the massive Walt Disney World Resort encompassing more than 27,000 acres.
