About Shawn Siddoway
Shawn Siddoway is the Senior Director of Workforce Development and Business Operations for Micronโs Technology and Products Group and leads the administrative, program management, communications and technical workforce development functions. Shawn joined Micron in 1996, and during his tenure at Micron has held several senior leadership positions in organizational and workforce development, human-resource, and chief of staff. In his roles leading organizational development and human resource functions, Shawn manages organizations on a global scale, has led the start up of joint ventures, integrated newly acquired companies and served on foreign assignments in Italy and Singapore.
Shawn earned business degrees from Brigham Young University Idaho and Boise State University. Shawn is also an active member of his community, and regularly volunteers for several youth organizations including the Boy Scouts of America.
