Corporate Sponsorship
Companies can become EIPBN Sponsors by providing additional financial contributions to the conference in a number of ways. All Corporate Sponsors will have their company logo and links to their website placed in a special, prominent position in the EIPBN website (click here for current list) and will be honored and thanked in printed materials handed out at the conference.
Corporate sponsors receive the following additional benefits for providing their support:
- The option of providing small promotional items for distribution with EIPBN registration materials at the conference registration desk.
- Four (4) Complementary tickets to the Conference Welcome Reception on Tuesday,
- Two (2) invitations to the presidents Reception on Wednesday
Items which qualify for Sponsorship are:
1) Sponsoring a Conference Activity ($1,000.00)
Choose to pay towards support of one of the following:
- A Breakfast at the Egan Center
- A Coffee station during a coffee break
- Wednesday Poster Session Lunches
- A Hosted bar at the Welcome Reception
EIPBN will prepare cards with the company name and logo to be displayed next to the sponsored item.
2) Hosting an Additional Workshop or Seminar (No additional charge)
Make arrangements with EIPBN to hold an additional
reception, dinner or seminar at the Hilton Anchorage, as long as:
a) the timing does not conflict with the events of the conference sessions, and
b) any food & beverage payments can be credited to the EIPBN account total.
3) Making a Corporate Donation to EIPBN ($2,500 suggested / $5,000 Benefactor level)
EIPBN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation

Companies that have also registered as Exhibitors receive a $250 reduction in these prices.
