Poster Session

The Poster Session will be the first event of the conference after the Plenary Session.

It will take place in the Lower Level of the Egan Convention Center. Speakers are expected to stand by their posters from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon, and again from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

Coffee and morning refreshments will be provided during the morning part of the Poster Session.

Box Lunches will be provided after 12:00 to all registered attendees in the Poster area to allow additional time to look at posters.

Although Poster presenters will only be requested to stand and present their posters during the Wednesday Poster Session, it is expected that Posters remain up until 12:00 noon of June 4, the final day of the conference, to allow attendees a chance for a more leisurely investigation of the contents.

Poster boards are supplied by EIPBN.

Regular Posters:
The allotted space is 4 x 4 ft, onto which EIPBN attaches a title banner to the top, 6 inches high and 36 inches long. Each poster will share a single 8 ft wide board with another poster. Please do not make your poster larger than your allotted space.

Invited Posters:
The allotted space is an entire 8 x 4 ft board. EIPBN attaches a title banner of 6 x 36 inches to the top of the poster board.
