Conference Registration

You can register on-site, or, if pre-registered, pick up your conference materials, at the following times:

Registration Includes:

Participant and Student registration includes:

• Access to the commercial session on June 1, 2010
• The Welcome Reception at the Hilton on the evening on June 1, 2010.
• Participation in all technical sessions on June 2 – 4, 2010.
• A box lunch at the Wednesday poster session.
• A Soft copy of the Program of Abstracts on USB Stick
• Hard Copy of Proceedings (after publication in JVST)
• Breakfasts and Coffee Breaks at the Egan Center

Registration itself does NOT INCLUDE a Banquet ticket!

For those who need a combined receipt showing “conference registration including banquet”
for expense reporting purposes, please check with the registration desk at the conference
and one will be provided for you.

Registration does NOT INCLUDE a Hard Copy of the Book of Abstracts!
This must be ordered separately, before May 22, so we can print the requested books in time to bring on site.
A soft copy of the Abstracts on a USB stick is, however, included in the cost of registration.

Student Registration

As usual, students can register for the conference at a significantly reduced rate. To receive the student registration rate, students must indicate the institution where they are enrolled, and may be asked to show proof of student status at the conference registration desk.

One Day Student Registration

This year, we are offering 1 day registration rate for students. The intention is to allow local students not familiar with the conference to get a chance to see what the conference is all about, without the expense or commitment of 3 days attendance. It is hoped this may inspire those curious about the technology to consider either joining the field, or to think about ways the technology shown at the conference can be used in their own work.
Although 1-day students need not be local, we strongly encourage all students presenting papers to register for the entire conference to get the most benefit from the interaction with other experts in the field.

Banquet Tickets

Space at the banquet venue is limited, and so admission is by TICKET ONLY.
Tickets can be purchased at the on-site registration desk.

If you want to come to the banquet, you need to have a ticket. If you expect to bring a companion, order their tickets at the time of registration to insure they can come – there is no guarantee tickets will be available on-site.

Should space still be available, we will sell the remaining tickets on site at on a first-come first-served basis.

Hotel Registration

Hotel registration is separate from conference registration.

Commercial Registration

The Exhibit space is now full and Exhibit registration is closed.

Cancellation

Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of US$100 per participant provided the cancellation is received before 22 May 2010. After this date no refunds will be made.
