Job Fair

EIPBN and our participating universities, companies, exhibitors, and sponsors have long recognized the superior quality of the students who attend our conference. Each year the committee works to facilitate connecting undergraduate and PhD students with universities and companies looking to hire.

If you wish to have your CV distributed, please send an e-mail with your CV as a Word or PDF attachment to mfeldm1@lsu.edu. Please include in the email: that you have registered for EIPBN 2022, that you wish your CV to be distributed, and when you expect to graduate. Use the following format for the subject of the email: “EIPBN 2022 Jobs – your degree and graduation date” (for example: EIPBN 2022 – PhD, 6/22/2022). Title the CV using the following format: “EIPBN2022 – Family name” (for example: EIPBN 2022 – Smith).

Please limit your CV to 2 pages. If you have an accepted paper or poster at EIPBN 2022, please add a third page titled “EIPBN 2022 Papers” that includes the title, authors, and an abstract.

Potential Employers: To receive student CV’s please send an email to mfeldm1@lsu.edu. The subject line should read “EIPBN 2022 – CV Request.” Please include the following in the email:

Company Name,
E-mail address where you wish CV’s sent,
Contact phone number (optional).

There is no charge or obligation, to your company or to any EIPBN representative, to receive CV’s from our registered students.

Hard copies of some CV’s will be available at the conference.

Deadlines

CV’s received before Sunday, May 8, 2022, will be distributed to registered potential employers in advance of the conference.
