Sponsors & Exhibitors
Join our exhibitors/sponsors for the Commercial Session of the annual EIPBN conference.
Whether you are a new or returning vendor who is part of the micro/nanofab supply chain, staying connected with customers and generating new leads are the primary reasons for sponsoring at EIPBN. Our exhibition environment will increase your organization’s visibility and exposure to our community and help build new relationships that will last. A few highlights for the 2026 program include:
- Booth selection available during exhibitor registration. Choose your preferred booth location. The exhibit hall will be adjacent to the technical sessions on the same floor with ample traffic between the technical and commercial sessions via the continuously-open floor plan.
- Booth Visit Competition – Attendees can enter a raffle for $100 if they visit 30 or more booths on the exhibition floor.
- Exclusive Branding – Promotional opportunities are offered to increase brand awareness and visibility and are given to each attendee at registration.
- Sponsored Activities – Sponsoring a coffee or ice cream break? We’ll make sure your booth is in close proximity to the coffee area.
- Company logo on conference T-shirt with sponsorship of $1000 or more.
- (New this year) Industrial Student Fellowship at $1,000/student. Our students are the future of our conference and are also potential employees of our sponsoring companies. Consider sponsoring as many fellowships as possible to support the next generation workforce.
- Tiered Sponsorship – Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze status is given based on total sponsorship and exhibit spending.
