Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration is now open! Join our exhibitors/sponsors and register today for the Commercial Session of the 68th annual EIPBN in Savannah, Georgia.

Whether you are a new or returning vendor who is part of the micro/nanofab supply chain, staying connected with customers and generating new leads are the primary reasons for exhibiting at EIPBN. Our exhibition environment will increase your organization’s visibility and exposure to our community and help build new relationships that will last. A few highlights for the 2025 program include:

• Booth selection available during exhibitor registration. Choose your preferred booth location.
• Booth Visit Competition – Attendees can enter a raffle for $100 if they visit 30 or more booths on the exhibition floor.
• Exclusive Branding – Promotional opportunities are offered to increase brand awareness and visibility and are given to each attendee at registration.
• Sponsored Activities – Sponsoring a coffee or ice cream break? We’ll make sure your booth is in close proximity to the coffee area.
• Company logo on conference T-shirt with sponsorship of $1000 or more.
• Tiered Sponsorship – Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze status is given based on total sponsorship and exhibit spending.

Please remember that our students are the future of our conference and are also potential employees of our sponsoring companies. We therefore ask sponsoring agencies and exhibiting companies to make a contribution to provide financial support to supplement their travel expenses to the conference.
