Volumetric Photopatterning of Thick Photoresist
We introduce a scanning one photon direct write tool that exposes the entire thickness of a thick photoresist to create complex 3D structure using a continuously changing conical light field controlled by a DMD.
Ion Beam Mediated Synthesis of Metal Nanostructures onto Graphene: From Single Atoms to 2D Metallenes
Ions with ultra-low energies offer a versatile method to modify the structure of 2D materials. In this work, we show how they are used to first functionalize the normally inert basal plane of graphene followed by the synthesis of various metal nanostructures from single atoms to nanoclusters and 2D metallenes.
